I was a first time homebuyer. Jessica was awesome. We didn’t negotiate I bought at asking price. Jessica was so helpful every step of the way all the way through closing day. She kept me up to date and reminded me when everything was due or needed to be signed before they had to be done. Just awesome experience all around. Again as a first time homebuyer she kept me relaxed and from stressing out. I would recommend her to anyone that is buying a home. Also she always had a smile on her face and willing to answer any questions I had.

Jessica is a professional delightful surprise. I did not meet her in person until walk through day and felt as if I had known her forever. Our 30 day close left little room for anything to fall through the cracks. She was ahead on all aspects, keeping us moving and accomplishing our tasks. Detail oriented, Jessica provided input and suggestions as we proceeded to closing. By far the most pleasant and reliable real estate agent I have had the pleasure to work with. She is a gem…keep her busy!
